Section 1: Service & Usage Terms

  • Eligibility: This service is provided for users aged 16 years and above.
  • Purpose: You may use the platform to browse products, manage your account, and access our “Ask a Pharmacist” consultation feature.
  • Prescription Policy: Prescription-only medications (POM) are not available for purchase online via the platform.
  • Medical Insurance: We accept medical insurance for eligible purchases through the app/service.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Section 2: Ordering & Delivery Policy

  • Minimum Order: There is no minimum order value required for delivery.
  • Delivery Areas: Services are available in certain designated areas only.
  • Fees & Timing: Delivery fees are determined by the specific delivery area, with an average delivery window of 2 hours.
  • Availability: If an item is out of stock, we may offer a substitute or cancel the item.

Section 3: Return & Refund Policy

  • Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition with proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
    • Refrigerated medications.
    • Unsealed sprays or cosmetic products.
    • Baby milk.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or cash pick-up.
  • Damaged Orders: Please notify us within 4 hours of delivery if you discover damaged items.

Section 4: Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information including your name, phone number, and shipping address to fulfill orders and provide support.
  • Data Usage: Collected data is used to provide services, process insurance claims, notify you of changes, and prevent illegal activity.
  • Disclosure: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users and property.
  • Data Security: We use commercially acceptable means to protect your data but cannot guarantee 100% absolute security over the internet.
  • Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; such data will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
  • Deletion Requests: You may request the deletion of your account or data by contacting our customer service.
