Return & Refund Policy

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via store credit or cash pick-up.

Timeframe: To request a return or exchange, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. A proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, returns are not accepted for:

Refrigerated medications.

Unsealed sprays or cosmetic products.

Baby milk.
